Our Schools
WCU has three main schools: The College of Business, The School of Computer Studies, and the School of Religion. All of our programs teach our students practical and meaningful subjects that will make them ready and confident to take complex roles in serving their communities and congregation
School of Business
At WCU, we believe in the potential of every student. So, our business school is focused on what our students can become by developing their skills in diverse areas of management rather than dwelling on the theories. The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (B.A.B.A.) program is training our students to become solution-centered, creative, problem solvers, people-oriented
and team players, and strong-willed business leaders; with compassion and empathy to prioritize the needs of the communities that they serve over profits.
Our Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program gives our students more than just a degree but a transformation by immersing them in a multicultural learning environment and global approaches in management. We link our students to a network of international industries and organizations that can sharpen them as effective and efficient decision-makers.
School of Theology
The School of Theology offers the Master of Arts in Religion (M.A.R.) for students who have a wide interest in understanding the history and doctrines of religion. The M.A.R. is tailored for our students who have professional goals in ministry, or as researchers to the complex historical and social impact of religions to the world’s cultures, policies, and way of living. Our students in the
M.A.R. are trained to become the future servants of the church and propagators of the Christian faith by providing them the best training to fully understand the Bible and the values of Christianity. However, for the students who do not plan to go into ministry, the M.A.R. program also trains the students to use the teachings of the Christian faith to develop a deeper and better understanding on one’s self and how s/he can be of service to others.
School of Computer Studies
The Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies (B.S.C.S.) is designed to cover a wide range of interest in information technology. The program prepares our students to confidently take roles with complex technology tasks. Our B.S.C.S. degree introduces our students to the building blocks of programming, networking, cybersecurity, systems, database management, design and
development, and even exploring the world of artificial intelligence. The teaching concepts are focused on developing the skills to become software programmers, creators of application interfaces, developers of security programs for business assets, and cyber problem solvers.
